Now that its off I need to modify the off side. I decided to do this in a similar fashion to that seen on http://www.black89lotus.com. This Involves marking out the current cutout and transfereing the points over to the off side. Once done I can then cut along the line and fabricate a new port with bridgeing and body filler.

Masking tape was put on the Valance to allow me draw and measure the outer contour change. Here you can see the contour awaiting to be measured.

I marked a vertical line in the center of the 'pillar' and a horizontal line every 5mm.

The measured points were then mirror plotted on the right hand side.

The port hole has now been cut using a Fiberglass/Title cutting bit in the dremel.
