A slit had to be cut for the roof bracket fixing plate. The overlap of the side cloth can be seen on the left. |

Trial fit to check top after cutting. Looks a bit pants but will be better when glued. A nice tidy edge on the side. |

Top edge has now been glued with the excess removed and roof seal fitted, Only the side around the door surround to go.
Tip: Apply the glue to the edge and pull the material while you fit the seal. This will ensure a tight fit and hold it in place while the glue dries. You can then remove the seal and trim the excess later. |

Rear panel now finished and as good as new. |
