Spot the mistake - Doh. At first it did not occur to me that there would be a left and right calliper so I fitted them based on the nearest to hand. This did not become apparent until after a tried to bleed the system and still ended up with a soft peddle. Time for a cup tea. While drinking common sense set in so I swaped the calipers so the nipples were at the top.

Connecting the brake hose to the calliper could not be simpler.

With the hose connected check for fouling.

Now thats better and makes bleeding so much easier :).

Wheels back on and now ready to bed in.

The bedding in process.
Essentially perform moderate stops from increasing speed (20mpg, 30mph etc) and then back down again. Ensure you release the peddel just before complete stop to prevent binding to the disc. Its important you perform this correctly to prevent uneven braking and judger furhter down the line.
